Terms of use

roda.social is an invitation-only social network for posts, stories, messaging, calls and live streams. The current minimum age is 14, subject to stricter local requirements. Use an accurate birth date and protect your email account and login codes. An ordinary invitation admits three people over its lifetime; invitation chains are retained.

Content and conduct

Only share content you have rights and consent to share. Rights remain with their owners; you permit storage, processing and delivery necessary for the features and visibility settings you choose. Child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexual extortion, threats, harassment, hate, unlawful violence, fraud, impersonation, spam, malicious files, privacy violations and copyright infringement are prohibited. Do not distribute intimate material without consent or circumvent restrictions.

Privacy and moderation

Respect other people's boundaries and obtain required permissions before recording or sharing conversations. Recipients may retain copies. Live hosts and guests broadcast to their viewers. Report violations in the app. Moderation may remove content, restrict functions or suspend accounts. A functioning support channel for appeals must be supplied before these terms take effect.

Leaving and legal terms

You may delete your account. Service interruptions may occur. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. The operator, governing jurisdiction and dispute process must be completed before publication.
